It all started with a message from my friend Liana Ruiz on Facebook yesterday afternoon. She asked if I had time to photograph a family in my area who was going through the unimaginable… six weeks ago, Ricky and Donna Botolino’s 8-year old son was diagnosed with having neuroendocrine tumors and pancreatic cancer. Denali just had his first round of chemo and is heading back to Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami tomorrow for a MRI to see how the tumors responded to the chemo. Please pray for this family and keep them in your thoughts. He is one brave little boy!
