I am so happy to be part of this AMAZING event. My friend, Lydia Shannon, started out with an idea that blew up into this massive live auction event! And get this… she is going to SHAVE HER HEAD when she reaches her goal to raise $10,000 for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. Check out her short video about the event here.

The auction will run for five days. It starts on Thursday, October 14th through Tuesday, October 19th. You can bid on mentor sessions and photography products from some of the industry’s top photographers. Some photographers are auctioning sessions for their customers or donating session fees. All proceeds benefit The Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

Even if you are not interested in a mentoring session or a family session with a contributing photographer, you can still make a difference. Click HERE to donate and get Lydia to that $10k mark. As of right now she’s 62% of the way there!! I want to see her shave her head. And believe me, you will get to see it on video, too! =)
